02 — System Integration
Our core competency is deploying Siemens Desigo CC as the overarching platform for building management. We integrate all technical systems — HVAC, lighting, energy metering, security — into one open, future-proof system. This includes third-party integration via BACnet, Modbus, KNX, OPC UA, MQTT, and REST APIs.
03 — Optimization
A BMS isn't "done" at commissioning. Real energy performance requires ongoing optimization based on actual operational data. We offer long-term maintenance and optimization agreements covering energy analysis, controller tuning, predictive maintenance, and BREEAM documentation.
04 — Legacy BMS Upgrades
We modernize outdated BMS installations with new controller hardware, updated software, and improved user interfaces — without replacing the entire system. Migration paths from Landis & Staefa, Sauter, TAC/Schneider, and older Siemens platforms to modern Desigo CC.
